It’s St. Patrick’s Day and there are SO many cocktails that I want to share with you that fit into the St. Patrick’s Day theme.

St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails from two brands!

Patrón Silver 
Patrón Silver tequila is the perfect ultra-premium white spirit. Using only the finest 100 percent Weber Blue Agave, it is handmade in small batches to be smooth and easily mixable.
Patrón Silver is made using both the roller mill and “tahona” process and is distilled in small copper pot stills, with each bottle meticulously crafted and hand-numbered.
Cocktails
Green Matcha
INGREDIENTS
1.75 oz Patrón Silver
1.25 oz Citrus sherbet
.5 oz Pretzel syrup
.5 g Matcha green tea
.75 oz Aquafaba
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mini pretzel and a sprinkle of matcha.
Senora En Verde
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Patrón Silver
.75 oz Tomatillo and basil juice
.5 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Agave syrup
.25 oz Parmesan cheese infused green chartreuse
METHOD
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a glass and serve.

NOLET’S Silver Shamrock Fizz
Ingredients:
2 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin
1 oz. Mint Syrup (recipe is below!)
1/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Heavy Cream (may substitute Oatmilk)
1 Egg White (may substitute 1.5 Tbsp. Aquafaba)
2 Dashes Bitters
1.5 oz. Soda
Fresh Mint Sprigs
Lime Zest
Method:
Add all ingredients (except Soda) to a shaker with a few mint leaves.
Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for at least 60 seconds (really!).
Add ice and shake again for about 30 seconds to chill thoroughly.
Strain into a highball glass and let rest for several moments before topping with soda water.
MINT SYRUP
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Fresh Mint
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
Method:
Heat all ingredients on medium-low heat until sugar dissolves.
Let sit to cool then strain into a container to refrigerate.
The extra syrup lasts a week in the refrigerator.
