In addition, the Latin-infused waterfront Fuego restaurant is cooking up a fiesta of delicious food and live entertainment featuring the Grammy-winning Mariachi Divas de Cindy Shea, the official mariachi band of Disneyland and a Fuego favorite.

Along with the regular menu, a variety of tasty Cinco de Maya items are available including
–complimentary Fire Roasted Salsa with fresh tortilla chips offered with an option of adding guacamole.
–A Taco Cart serving the choice of Cilantro Jalapeno Steak, Tequila Lime Chicken, White Fish, and Beef Barbacoa served with Spicy Chili Sauce or Fired Roasted Tomato Sauce, Cilantro, Onions, and Pickled Cabbage.
–Street Corner food includes Elotes Callejeros, which is roasted corn on the cob with mayo, Cotija cheese, Tajin spices, and chili sauce.
Enjoy a refreshing, famous Fuego Margarita of Reposado tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and agave nectar; the Spicy Paloma, a house-infused jalapeño Reposado tequila, grapefruit, and lime juice; red or white sangria that is served by the glass or pitcher; and Estrella drafts on tap.
