Newsflash for students and families with kids going to college: banks aren’t the only places that give student loans. Also if you are a graduate 1) congrats on making it through the ordeal of getting that piece of paper and 2) if you have a job, congrats on that too.
However here’s the big question- do you have student loans to pay now that you are a graduate? If you are like most students the answer is yes! But those loan payments can be intimidating and horrifically scary to look at when you see the balance and that everyone wants a chunk out of your check.
Take heart– there’s an organization out there that can help you and it’s easy enough to find– your local credit union. Here’s a great video for you to watch that’s pretty painless and you will get the drift on what you need to do to make life more bearable while still paying off your loans!
