Ciroc is made from premium GRAPES and it’s very tasty and very unusual to blend with in a vodka sort of way! Here to help us out is master mixologist & celebrity chef Richard Ingraham who has created some fabulously delicious and healthy cocktail recipes for all your holiday festivities. This is where the fun comes in on New Years Eve!
CÎROC’s New Year’s Eve Special Cocktails
ELECTRIC MIDNIGHT
1 oz. CÎROC Red Berry
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
1 Strawberry
Directions:
Muddle fruit with Simple Syup
Add remaining ingredients
Shake, strain.
Glass: Stemless Flute
Top with 2 oz. Sparkling Rose Wine
Garnish: Strawberry slice
ROMAN CANDLE *(super easy to mix up as a punch)
1 oz. CÎROC Red Berry
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
1 Strawberry
Directions:
Muddle fruit with Simple Syrup
Add remaining ingredients
Shake, strain.
Glass: Stemless Flute
Top with 2 oz Sparkling Rose Wine
Garnish: Strawberry slice
LADY GENEVIEVE
1 oz. CÎROC Amaretto
.5 oz. Hennessy Cognac (or you could use CAMUS Cognac too!)
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
1 Dash Bitters
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.
Glass: Stemless Flute
Top with 2 oz. Sparkling Wine
COQUITO CÎROC
1.5 oz. CÎROC Coconut
.25 oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 oz. Coconut Cream
1 oz. Milk
1 Egg White
1 Dash Cinnamon
1 Dash Nutmeg
1 Dash Allspice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Shake, strain.
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Coconut Shavings
