MEZCAL ALACRAN ESPRESSO COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS
45 ml Mezcal Alacran
15 ml Coffee Liqueur
30 ml Espresso
Ice Cubes
PREPARATION
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake for 30 seconds and then gently pour into a cocktail glass.

This sounds like a FABULOUS cocktail. I can imagine serving it with a flourless chocolate cake, spiced nuts and nutmeg-flavored whipped cream. It would also be terrific if blended into a frozen drink.

Wow, this is a new twist on agave..but I can imagine it being perfect. They both come from tropical terriore…so why not? It is right for holiday time too. Lot’s of variations can be made with coffee flavored booze.
