1. “The Lychee View”

Ingredients:
• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz lychee liqueur
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ¾ oz egg white
• 2 dashes cranberry bitters
• 3 mint sprigs
How:
1. Add ingredients except for egg to shaker muddle together with mint
2. Add egg white & dry shake
3. Add ice and & shake
4. Double strain into chilled coupe

2 “Lillet It On Me”

Ingredients:
• 3 oz @Lillet1872 Blanc
• .75 oz @Giffardusa Grapefruit liqueur
• .5 oz lime juice
• 1 tsp Green Chartreuse
Method:
Fill glass with ice,
Pour in the liquor, then add the lime.
Top with Green Chartreuse.

3 “Cranberry Cardamom Gin Fizz”

Ingredients:
• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz cardamom cranberry syrup
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• soda water
• garnish: mint sprig and bourbon-soaked cranberries .
How:
1. Shake first three ingredients with ice till just chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice and top with soda water.
3. Garnish with mint and boozy cranberries.
4. Eat alllllllll the extra boozy cranberries.

4 “Strawberry and Dragonfruit Mezcal Margarita”

Ingredients:
• 25mls Vida Mezcal
• 15mls @cointreau_officiel
• 15mls Strawberry Liqueur
• 25mls freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 tablespoonfuls of Dragon Fruit pulp
How:
1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.
2. Serve over ice and garnish with freshly frozen dragon fruit balls.
