Los Angeles Stylist Barbra Horowitz is definitely a fun person to have around. She’s a handy stylist that lot of celebs have in their back pocket to help them update their wardrobes– and that doesn’t always mean buying new things. Sometimes it takes Barbra’s keen eye to show them (and you) what can be done to various fashion garments and accessories.
