Looking to Lose Weight? Choose Wisely– It Might Cost You Time & $$!! David Roddenberry Explains!
It’s getting to the point in the summer that maybe a few of those bbqs, beers & cocktails, parties and even desserts are starting to add up. It’s great to get together with others but watching your calories and getting some exercise are key elements to losing weight. However people have found online or through companies that promote to them via mail or social media options to earn cash or prizes by losing weight. Considering I talk to a lot of start-ups for podcasts and “off the record” on how to use social media to gain momentum and visibility, I get asked this question often. I wanted to see what the general consensus would be — and if I didn’t get enough answers, I was going to reformulate that question and put it out there again. Turns out I didn’t have to do that!
