I have known Tina Horwitz since she worked for a very upscale luxury line and she’s an amazing make-up artist. I met her at the MORE Magazine Conference in LA (the only one they have had in LA!). It was amazing to meet Lesley Jane Seymour but more exciting to see all these women and also meet authors who were presenting books there as well as makeup artists like Tina behind the scenes.

Kim-Van Dang Talks about Olfactive Studio- a Unique Fragrance Collection Inspired by Photos!
Olfactive Studio only recently launched and I was lucky enough to see Kim-Van Dang on Facebook and see the post about the line which her client Celine Verleure has created- or birthed out of a notion of creating scents by allowing perfumers to be inspired by photographs with no direction by Verleure other than to create what the photograph inspires. Such a marriage is unique and quite unusual where in the business of the fragrance world everything is dictacted by marketing and demographics.
