12 Drinks of Christmas #7: Ty Ku Sake, Soju and Liqueur Make Tasty Drinks!

Author Ty Ku is an unique product collection of spirits. Produced in Japan, it is a combination of junmai-ginjo sake and an Asian vodka (Shochu) as the base of the spirit– but it goes a lot further than just these two spirits. Ty Ku includes a special blend of ingredients that flavor Ty Ku but also provide some health benefitas including: pomegranate, Asian pear, honeydew, yuzu, plum, fuji apple, white cranberry, ooloong and green tea. It doesn’t stop there either. It’s sweetened with elderflower syrup along with a power-packed combo of ginseng, damiana, and dragon’s eye as “aphrodisiacs”. Makes for an interesting New Year’s Eve drink and you get the recipes early to test drive them.
