Nothing is better in LA than a gorgeous day except if you are invited to a celebrity suite at Sonya Dakar’s Skin Clinic!! I was invited to attend and while I have been to the Dakar Clinic many times, I had never met Sonya Dakar. I know Chef Kelly Boyer of Paleta and am obsessed with her food, pressed juices and detox regimens. This is a healthy food regimen that’s healthy and can beef up your protein if you need it because you are working out or recovering from surgery or if you want to take off a few pounds!
It’s amazing gourmet food that doesn’t taste like a diet. YUMMMY! So I got to meet Sonya and see one of my favorite people all in the same day at the same place!
