We all love to watch the “red carpet” events and see the fashions but it’s the beauty and haiir tricks and styles that we always ask about since it’s much more affordable.
Seen at the Grammys and at the Golden Globes was the trend toward more curls and waves — hair with movement yet still very glam.
We turned to one of the best people we know for tips on working with curls and waves: Ouidad!
January Jones
Steps to recreate her look:
· Shampoo and condition with Ouidad Curl Quencher collection which is ideal for color-treated hair
· Apply lightweight, leave-in conditioner such as Ouidad Botanical Boost to hold in moisture and give hair an immediate boost
· Next use Ouidad Climate Control Gel to hold shape and protect hair from hot rollers
· Lightly blow dry and set in hot rollers, using medium size rollers on top and large size rollers in the back and lower part of hair
· Take a natural bristle brush, use softly and position into style with fingers tucking hair and rolling under to create look
· Finish with Ouidad Styling Mist

Steps to recreate her look:
· Start with Ouidad Clear & Gentle Color-Safe Shampoo which is ideal for delicate curls and Ouidad Balancing Rinse Conditioner to detangle
· Use Ouidad Moisture Lock Leave-in Conditioner to hold moisture and create a soft look
· Use “rake and shake” styling method with Ouidad Climate Control Gel by taking hair between fingers and rake through Climate Control
· Tilt head back to diffuse and create really soft curls
· Use a vent brush and comb back hair holding it in the nape area of the neck
· Softly pull back ponytail and expand curls at the end with fingers
· To define the curl pattern at the top of ponytail use Ouidad Clear Control Pomade
· Run fingers through remaining curls with Ouidad Clear Control Pomade to create soft effect and define curl pattern
Demi Moore
Steps to recreate her look:
· To transform limp flat hair start with Ouidad PlayCurl Shampoo and Conditioner
· Use “rake and shake” styling method with Ouidad PlayCurl Volumizing Mousse in small sections starting at the nape area
· Pin hair in sections with duck clips to create waves
· Use a diffuser for as much volume as possible
· Curl the sections just in front with a medium barrel curling iron for bigger curls
