Want a smooth but unique cocktail for summer? Here’s one based on scotch– and not just any scotch but Macallan Single Malt Scotch
Created by Stewart Jones, bar manager at Abacus Restaurant, and The Perfect Serve, the Macallan Cocktail presents an ideal way to beat the summer heat, reimagining the world’s most precious whisky for the hottest months of the year.
The Macallan Cocktail
1.5 oz. The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old
1 oz. Cointreau
Dash of Regan’s Orange Bitters
Fresh Lemon Juice
Squeeze of Lime
Fresh Mint
Ginger Ale
Combine The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old, Cointreau, Regan’s Orange Bitters, lemon juice, mint and lime over ice. Shake. Fill with ginger ale to top. Garnish with mint.
