Penelope Cruz certainly gets around the fashion town.. Recently she was spotted wearing wearing a white silk embroidered dress from the CHANEL Cruise 2009/10 collection to the Paper Magazine dinner in NYC. Wonder which was one was more yummy and eye-popping– the food or Penelope in Chanel?
