Happy New Year and if you are up reading this, I don’t know if you will want to drink but then again, good food and good drinks are welcome any time of day. For those who had a bit too much to drink, we are going to give you some interesting — healthy — cocktails.
Cranberry Feast Cocktail
* 1 oz. AgroLabs Naturally Pomegranate
* 1 oz. cranberry juice
* 1oz. vodka
* Lime wedge for garnish
1. Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with crushed ice.
2. Add the AgroLabs Naturally Pomegranate juice, cranberry juice and vodka.
3. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. Strain the drink into a martini glass with a bit of crushed ice
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve before the ice melts
Pumpkin Spice Margarita
Talk about an interesting drink- this is it!
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 oz Tequila
* A shot of AgroLabs Coconut Water (healthy and hydrating)
* 1 can pumpkin puree
* ½ cup brown sugar
* ¼ cup sugar
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 1 pinch nutmeg
* 2 cups water
* ½ oz orange liqueur
* Juice of ½ a lime
PREPARATION:
* Make a pumpkin syrupby combining pumpkin puree with brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water in a saucepan over low heat.
* Stir for 20 minutes.
* Remove from heat, cool and strain. Combine the juice of half a lime, AgroLabs Coconut Water, Tequila, and 2 oz pumpkin simple syrup.
* Shake well and serve on the rocks.
The Maple Leaf
INGREDIENTS:
* 2 oz Bourbon
* 1 oz Agrolabs Naturally Acai Xtra
* 1 tsp maple syrup
* 3 oz grapefruit soda
* 1/2 oz fresh Lime juice
PREPARATION:
* Strain over ice
* Serve in a tall glass
* Garnish with a lime wedge.

Now you don’t have to add a lot of alcohol to these drinks– or any at all if you want to decrease your alcohol intake. One way is to add more mix rather than liquor. With these recipes, that’s an easy thing to do– and healthier too.
