This dessert is luscious and decadent– because it’s chocolate in a cocktail– so it satisfies two needs in one and even one more because it’s on the rocks so it’s cool! Perfect for parties and requires very little “labor”.
Frangelico Iced Chocolate Cake.
1 oz Frangelico
1 oz Skyy Infusions Citrus
Shake with ice into a rocks glass.
Rim glass with lemon and sugar
Garnish with a sugar-coated lemon wedge & toss in a few chocolate shavings
(use a vegetable peeler against the long side of a solid dark chocolate bar).
