It’s Getting Hot in Here! The Official Grammy Gift Lounge for Grammys 2012 Sizzles!!

I spent most of Saturday 2/11 in downtown Los Angeles– paying crazy prices for parking to get into events. Distinctive Assets Grammy Lounge at Staples Center was insane and I am glad I parked in a memorable location because I got “misdirected” on where to check in for my credentials for the Grammy Suite. So after many stairs and halls.. I finally walked into the white tent and the check-in was a breeze. I met up with some of the PR people and I was assigned an escort!
Note that this is a two part post and I will give you as much 411 about products as I can but mostly it’s a photo essay of who was in the suite– mostly on the day I was there– and what I was shown plus I have a list of what was in the big Grammy Gift Bag and who it went to- so that’s going to be the substance of these two posts– one for today, Saturday and the other for Sunday.

Distinctive Assets— the company who put creating amazing gifting bags and suites on the map – gave new meaning to the comment that celebrities are like kids in a candy store when they visit a gift lounge. The legendary show’s presenters and performers were treated to fabulous “thank you” gifts in acknowledgment of their participation…all within a gift lounge decorated to look like an actual candyland gift oasis.

“To be part of Music’s Biggest Night on any level is as thrilling today as it was thirteen years ago when we created the first ever GRAMMY Gift Bag,” says Distinctive Assets’ founder Lash Fary. “We always look forward to introducing talent to an array of companies with great gifts to share . . . ranging from up-and-comers to tried-and-true brands celebrities already love.”

The GRAMMY Gift Lounge presented by LASIO Professional Hair Care will be open to presenters and performers during rehearsals. Invited guests who stopped by walked away with thousands of dollars of amazing gifts. Headlining this year’s gift bonanza was an assortment of luxurious hair products and treatments from LASIO. The hair care company also treated all of the guests at the official GRAMMY Celebration® after-party with signature gift sets.

Gifts that were given at the lounge included

ESP – Essential Safe Products will be providing a bevy of non-toxic, eco-friendly and reusable products to keep food and drink chemical free while on-the-go.
