The Gold Medal
Muddled yellow bell pepper slices
1.5 oz Beefeater 24
.5 oz Simple syrup
0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
1.5 oz Pineapple juice
Pinch of curry powder
Muddle 2 Bell Pepper slices and add other ingredients in a shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a third bell pepper slice.
The Royal Britannia
1 oz Beefeater 24
1 oz Earl Grey Tea
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Prosecco
Combine ingredients (except prosecco) in a shaker. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with prosecco.
The High Jump
1.5 oz Beefeater 24
0.5 oz Fresh Blended Strawberries
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Top with club soda. In a Collins glass combine ingredients (except club soda). Stir with ice. Add club soda and stir again. Garnish with a strawberry.
