In this mid-season premiere, Peter (Tim DeKay) and Neal (Matt Bomer) attempt to find the truth behind Neal’s father’s crime. In doing so, Neal must go undercover into the world of counterfeit whiskey to take down a high level member of the Irish Mob.

Picking up after the surprise reveal of Neal’s (Matt Bomer) father’s identity (guest star Treat Williams) in the mid-season finale, WHITE COLLAR returns with six gripping episodes on Tuesday, January 22 at 10/9c. The hit series, which averaged 5 million total viewers weekly this summer, has been picked up for a fifth season, which will begin production in New York in 2013.

During the fourth season’s exciting final six episodes, Neal continues to uncover secrets of his past, with the help of Peter (Tim DeKay) and Mozzie (Willie Garson). But as they get closer to discovering the truth of his father’s crimes, an urgent plea from Elizabeth (Tiffani Thiessen) forces Neal to exclude Peter and the FBI from his plans. The series also stars Sharif Atkins, Marsha Thomason and Hilarie Burton.
