This week’s CAUSE:
TAPS is the charity the week of May 20, 2013 and all the clothes/accessories will correlate with that charity.
TAPS provides immediate and long-term emotional help, hope, and healing to all who are grieving the death of a loved one in military service to America. TAPS meets its mission by providing peer-based emotional support, grief and trauma resources, casework assistance, and connections to community-based care.
Considering this is the week prior to the Memorial Day weekend, it’s absolutely a perfect fit. Maybe you are directly aware of those who have served our country in the military (I know several who have)- or maybe you don’t. Either way, you can help give back to those who have served our country both at home and overseas by buying specific TAP-oriented products from Sevenly this week.
KEY POINTS:
· Sevenly provides the crucial connection between those in need, those that help them and those that want to help.
· For every item sold on Sevenly’s website, they donate $7 to that week’s charity. The products will only be available for 7 days, and after that, can never be purchased again.
NEW Limited Edition tees for the TAPS project!!· In less than two years, Sevenly has donated nearly $2 million to charities around the globe.
· Sevenly introduces a new cause every week on their website. For each cause, they provide information and a video, educating its audience about how and why they need to care.
· Fashion is so much more than clothes and accessories. It’s about a lifestyle, it’s about projecting who you are and what you represent, and for those looking to make a difference in this world, it’s about Sevenly.
· Hundreds of worthy charities close their doors every year due to a lack of funding and awareness. They fail not because our generation doesn’t care but because they are not reaching them in the most effective ways. It has to be authentic, genuine, and relevant.

Remember that giving is works in both directions: to the person who gives and to the person who receives.

Thanks so much for sharing this. It’s always nice to see something positive.
What a wonderful idea. The clothes are real nice too. It is not often you see businesses doing so much for charity. They only consider their own profits.
TAPS is a fine example of private sector working to make military life better. I love all these efforts because we owe those who have served the best we can manage. The clothes are stylin too..good plan they are executing here.
