You have seen Marie Bargas on this blog before (many many times!) but this time she’s giving us a series of posts about Mercury Retrograde. It’s not going to be pretty but she has some tips and tricks up her sleeve that she is sharing to help us all get through this time. It’s a time to chill despite your cell, computer, laptop, tablet, car, phone, bluetooth– everything and anything electrical goes wonky.

For the past 3 years I have personally used EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique to remove blockages in my energy safely and effectively. The youtube videos courtesy of Brad Yates have been enormously helpful.

For the purpose of surviving the effects of the Mercury Retrograde here are some videos that you may want to put on your “favorites.” Because Mercury Retrograde is an excellent time for “letting go” use the energy constructively to clear, banish and remove thoughts and feelings that have been blocking you from health and success.
