As America’s Got Talent prepares for their highly anticipated premiere on Tuesday, June 4th (9 pm ET/PT on NBC), here’s a great new video featuring the smooth moves of host Nick Cannon and his take on the iconic Godfather of Soul, James Brown.
Also featured are Heidi Klum, Mel B, Howard Stern, and Howie Mandel, who show us that this perennial favorite definitely gives everyone a chance at some much needed “exposure.”

NBC’s top-rated summer series “America’s Got Talent” is shaking things up for the upcoming eighth season with new judges and a new home. Moving into one of the nation’s most storied and historic venues, Radio City Music Hall, the series that brought the variety format back to the forefront of American culture will welcome supermodel, producer and TV host Heidi Klum and high-octane entertainer and former Spice Girl Mel B to join the judges table alongside outspoken radio personality and author Howard Stern and comedian, TV host and producer Howie Mandel. Actor, producer and comedian Nick Cannon returns as host. The series is a true celebration of the American spirit, featuring a colorful array of hopeful stars of all ages, including singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, jugglers, magicians and ventriloquists, all vying for their chance to strut and perform on stage hoping to win America’s hearts — and the $1 million prize!
