Woah, this looks really good to me..where to do get aged balsamic pearls?? That is my favorite item..I suddenly need them.
They do a lot of the stuff by hand.. in house. I am waiting to see Fiona’s post about this– #foodie that she is. This should be up her alley!
well I did have to come look! though your first pic is a cocktail stevie!!!
Over here you can buy balsamic pearls from a company called Belazu, but I don’t know if they ship to the US.
The food looks stunning…your shrimps are amazing! and I love the ceviche tower
xx
Yes Fiona, but those were MINI cocktails. 2 sips and boom- gone.
I totally missed out on dessert but by the time this was done, I had a box of food that everyone was splitting up and I had enough to feed 2 for a meal.
(not that I was hungry) I could ask zinc where they get them.. maybe it’s worth a google search for the pearls. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good
I love, love LOVE restaurant week! It’s approaching here in NYC, too! Your dishes look incredible!
FABULOUS doesn’t begin to cover it. Then the good part about where I live.. which is between 2 major counties.. is that there is a separate one for Orange County (Newport, Laguna, Huntington Beach) and all the ritzy hotels and restos along the way….. so there will be MORE!!
