BeautyAddicts Talks Summer Beauty: Radiant Color with Radiant Orchid!
BeautyAddicts.com has a few gorgeous things up their sleeves for Memorial weekend, parties, family events, weddings – and – oh yeah- vacation!!
First things first- or rather PRETTY things first. Makeup always gets my attention (pretty! shiny!) and so I have to deal with my obsession with color. BeautyAddicts.com has the bead on Radiant Orchid as the color of the year. I was given the shadow quad the the two glosses shown below to play with and see how they products worked for me. (As you know, that means that review might be considered sponsored. Glow is an amazing eyeshadow quad that has all the color that you need to make the radiant orchid eye (works on every skintone).
Don’t forget to buy some eyeliner pencils in either the plum or try green if you want a little contrast! It sounds odd right? However it’s a great combination that will make brown eyes browner, green or hazel eyes greener and blue eyes bluer.
For the lips: check out these two amazing glosses! Each has a cast or orchid or purple tone in that that work exceptionally well.
Fierce is a great rich pink toned gloss that will work on those with darker toned skin. You don’t have to have REALLY dark skin to wear but but medium or darker would love this look especially later in the summer!
For those with lighter skintones, check out TEASE! This is a significantly lighter pink with a touch more orchid tone and not so much a Barbie pink. It’s ooze sophistication and works well over a variety of color lipsticks and lip liners. It even works well with bare lips.
These are glorious lip glosses that glide on easily, aren’t overly sticky and work with any base color. I use glosses to tweak colors and create a dynamic look. These glosses do just that. I like the shadow quad because it’s not HUGE and it’s possible to touch up on the go!
