Memorial Day Weekend sounds like an oxymoron unless you are off this weekend or most of this weekend for some fun. With the better weather, it’s perfect for getting together with friends for a BBQ/party that will maximize the best part of the weekend- the weather! I worked with Belvedere to bring you some tasty cocktails that feature fruity flavors. The latest vodka to be released from Belvedere is the new Mango Passion flavor!
Ginger Cosmo
50 ml Belvedere Mango Passion
15 ml Domaine de Canton
10 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml cranberry juice
Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake with ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange twist
Mango Mimosa
1 oz Belvedere Mango Passion
1.5 oz tangerine juice
Shake and pour into a flute
Top with champagne or sparkling wine
Mango Mule
50 ml Belvedere Mango Passion
10 ml fresh lime juice
Dash Angostura Bitters
Top Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Build drink in a copper mug and top with crushed ice and a lime wheel. May also be served in a highball over cubed ice.
Poolside Passion Pitcher
200 ml Belvedere Mango Passion (6.75 oz.)
Top with lemonade.
Freshly squeezed & made lemonade preferred OR get a super clean lemonade that has no added corn syrup or additives other than sugar!
Combine ingredients with ice in a large pitcher and serve with slices of fresh mango. Serves 4-6.
Mango Passion Fizz
If you want another vodka flavor in which to switch to, you could try Belvedere’s Citrus, Pink Grapefruit or even Lemon Tea but the flavors of these specific cocktails will be very different. The mango maceration allows you to experience a seriously great mango flavor that works exceptionally well with these recipes.
If you try any of these cocktails, please let me know what you think by sharing it to me on social media or commenting on the post.
Please drink responsibly. Have a fabulous weekend people!

Another new product with some fabulous possibilities. The lemonade is good in fizzy also.
I love lemonade drinks. I have a 1/2 gallon of some really clean lemonade (nothing I don’t want in it) to make a cocktail with it.
