I rather like the idea of cardio barre – I don’t think I’ve seen that over here…but it sounds a little more elegant than most cardio classes
Ah Fiona! So you are getting the bug. It’s a very hot workout here to do ballet-ish type things. It will kick your proverbial butt. I have a series of reviews on various workouts and I have at least 3-4 versions of this to review. I love the workout. It’s very good for small spaces and it does deliver changes in your body!
The unplug meditation site is very interesting. These deals are great for people who want to try new things.
