Ingredients:
Lo Mango Mojito Fruit Beverage
Champagne or sparkling wine
Lime
Mint Leaf for optional garnish
Creating the cocktail
Pour 2 oz. Lo Mango Mojito Fruit Beverage into a champagne flute
Slowly fill with champagne, leaving about ½ inch at the top
Gently stir
Take a small lime wedge and run it around the edge of the glass, dropping it in when done.
Pomegranate Spritzer
1 ½ oz. Lo Pomegranate Fruit Beverage
5 oz. white wine (Try a light white like a pinot grigio, sauvignon blanc, fumee blanc, sparkling wine/champagne, or pinot blanc)
Pomegranate fruit with seeds (arils) removed
Lime
Creating the cocktail:
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
In a glass put:
½ tablespoon pomegranate arils
1 lime wheel
Fresh ice
Strain shaker contents into prepared glass and top with a splash of soda water

I love the sound of both of these variations. I am a big mojito fan, and have found so many cool ways to change it around..mango is one I have not tasted.
