If you “follow me” at all on other social media platforms, you might realize that I like food but I don’t always cook so much. I like to cook stuff in the slow-cooker or things that I can bake, eat and keep the leftovers for another meal (or two). I am actually a big fan of breakfast. I tend to be very creative with eggs, waffles, bacon and bread. Even smoothies don’t get past me as I have learned how to use chocolate milk (low-fat) for my smoothies to give me my calcium as well as my sweet treat.
September is a great month because it’s a lot like January– a new beginning for most people.
My choice was to choose Breakfast for dinner since it’s frequently what I choose to eat: eggs, occasionally bacon, kale, spinach and other veggies tossed into the mix.
Strawberry Pretzel Parfait (with yogurt)
Here’s a collection of 35 diverse recipes I put together from Foodie.com as well as a couple of other spots on the web. I think it’s fun to check out what other people do with a recipe. Some cook much more than I do for all kinds of reasons. Me.. I just need to sit down and create the recipes I have created.
The following is a collection of my favorites of things for breakfast that I find interesting and would be great for dinner.

I am a member of FOODIE.com I collect recipes and curate content there. (Take a look at my collections!). This is a sponsored post. There is a small compensation for the post. All the curations are my own choices to illustrate my theme (breakfast for dinner). I feature what I like and even some things I might — or might not- eat but these items sound good in terms of general population.
I would love it if you would come join us on Foodie.com and curate what you like. #Follow me for some interesting tweaks on all kinds of foods. I am getting into an ethnic phase so come show me what you like!

This is a cool way to keep track of food. I have not seen it before, might go try it. Thanks for the cool collection.
You can create embeds from Foodie via collections and then send them to yourself OR post them to pinterest.. which allows you to create a virtual cookbook!
