What’s the fun in cocktails if you can’t try out different versions of similar cocktails! Today’s post features some cocktails that are similar to others featured in this series. Other cocktails today are dups of ones also featured today (namely the marshmallow ones). It’s not because I am in love with marshmallows but different iterations use different spirits. While I do believe in a diverse bar, I don’t want you to skip something only because you don’t have that specific spirit!
The Marshmallow Martini.
This recipe for a Marshmallow Martini is very popular online and there are many iterations of this. I was surprised just how many there are and often it’s either a Toasted Marshmallow Martini or just the Marshmallow Martini. I have also a couple of unique versions that offer a twist on the typical recipe by substituting in another spirit into the mix.

This recipe serves two.
Ingredients
2 oz. RumChata (This is the tweak to the regular recipe)
2 oz. Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
2 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. marshmallow topping– *Try buying the marshmallow creme in a jar. It’s easier to deal with than trying to make marshmallows soft and gooey.

This is a great recipe and do follow the link to get the recipe.
Ok enough Marshmallow Martinis. If I continue, the next thing I will be doing is making a smoothie type martini with ice cream and more booze than someone can handle!
Enjoy one of these versions. The Rum Chatta version is definitely worth trying since the horchatta aspect is creamy and yummy.
Happy Sipping! Leave me a comment on Twitter.com/lastory or on this blog post if you mix up one (or more) of these Marshmallow cocktails!
