For those of you who watched this video intently, I need to give you an explanation and also an apology.
I had participated in a “SMT” (social media tour) where I speak to someone on the phone and do it “blind” . This video was done significantly before the holidays. However the audio was so out of sync that I couldn’t run it. The production crew did re-do it for me twice more and this is the third attempt to get it right. The audio is slightly out of sync with the video in first few minutes of the 12 minute video.
I am sorry if it’s irritating or frustrating but the content Duncan provides is so terrific I didn’t want you to have to wait any longer for this video.
