Guitar Center Singer/Songwriter competition finalist Joe Marson will be playing live in Los Angeles for two nights. (Friday 3/6, is the Guitar Center finals. Marson is gaining a lot of attention for his acoustic-vibed music and vocals. His songs resonate with many (including me). See him this week and get ahead of the game and tell all your friends that didn’t join you to see him on Thurs, that you saw him before the competition finals!

Marson has been chosen as one of 5 finalists in the Guitar Center singer-songwriter competition! In addition to receiving $10,000, the finalists won a trip to Hollywood, CA to perform live at the Troubadour for their shot at winning a 4-song EP produced by Don Was, a mentoring songwriting session with Colbie Caillat, $25,000 CASH and a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

If you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians, you might recognize this musician.. or at least his voice. Mikey Wax‘s anthemic “You Lift Me Up” is featured in the promo commercial for KUWK Season 10. The commercial is airing for 8 weeks on E! Entertainment.
This song just passed 5 million Spotify streams, and was featured recently on MTV’s The Real World Skeletons.
RantLifestyle just released an article putting Mikey in the top “15 musicians you’ve never heard of who deserve a grammy,” calling him a “piano prodigy” and “social media phenomenon.” Mikey now hosts over 200,000 social media fans.
With recent tours supporting Parachute and Michelle Chamuel (of The Voice), Mikey is heading out on his first US headlining tour on March 19th, hitting 20+ cities. All tour dates are listed on mikeywax.com,

Funny-man Dan St Germain is going to hit the LA area (think Pasadena) in April. Now is the time to get tickets for this wild funny man who skewers everyone and everything. More than a little irreverant, nothing is taboo for St. Germain! The date is not St. Germain alone but on a bill with other comedians for an event called COMEDY JUICE at the Ice House in Pasadena on April 16, 2015!
Dan St Germain was chosen as a featured comic in Variety’s “10 Comics To Watch” list, was listed as one of Paste Magazine’s Top 10 Great Underrated Comedians, named Time Out NY’s “Comedy Break Out” of 2013, and selected as one of Mandatory.com’s “Comedians to Watch Out For” in 2014. He’s got a Half Hour special on Comedy Central and has appeared on Jimmy Fallon, Conan, Best Week Ever, @Midnight, We Love the 2000s, John Oliver’s New York Stand-Up Show, The Electric Company, Guy Code, Friends of the People, and has developed shows for both Fox and Comedy Central. He’s the creator and star of the web series Kicking Dan Out featured on My Damn Channel, In Security on Comedy Central Studios, and has collaborated with Above Average.
