Welcome to my annual 12 Drinks of Christmas series where I feature a different spirit, venue or brand every day for 12 (or more) days! This year marks my sixth year of doing this and *you* seem to like the cocktails because I see a lot of traffic on those posts.
Thanks to Deep Eddy for providing the EDD Nog (or is that ELF NOG?) for this post. Clearly the Elf has great taste.. if not in costumes, in cocktails!!
Edd Nog
Ingredients
– 1 oz. Deep Eddy Vodka
– ½ oz. Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka
– 2 oz. your favorite Eggnog (My favorite is Brougiere‘s which is made fresh daily and is sold in glass bottles in larger supermarkets. It’s an amazing eggnog!)
– ½ oz simple syrup
– 2 drops Angostura bitters
– Pinch of ground cinnamon
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a glass, stir and enjoy!

Peppermint Betty
Ingredients
– 1 tbsp crushed peppermint candy cane
– 1.5 oz. Deep Eddy Vodka
– 4 mint leaves (muddled)
– ½ oz. half & half
– ½ oz. B&B Brandy
– Peppermint stick & mint sprig garnish
Directions:
Coat rim of cocktail glass with crushed peppermint candy cane.
Muddle mint leaves at bottom of glass; pour Deep Eddy Vodka, half & half and brandy into glass.
Garnish with peppermint stick and mint sprig.

Eddy’s Apple
Ingredients
– 2 oz. Deep Eddy Vodka
– ½ oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
– ½ oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
– 2 ½ oz. Simply Apple Juice
– ¼ oz. Lemon Juice
– Pinch of ground cinnamon
– Ginger Ale
– Cinnamon Stick to garnish
– Apple slice to garnish
Directions:
Mix Deep Eddy Vodka, Canton Ginger Liqueur, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, apple juice and lemon juice.
Top with Ginger Ale and a pinch of cinnamon.
Add cinnamon stick and apple slice to garnish.
