The Card of the Week gives an overall theme to help kick in extra layers of meaning around the card of the day. Use it as a pair of night vision goggles to help clarify what’s been out of focus or shadowed.

Card Of The Day:
This information does not decide anything for you my friend. It simply gives you additional insight to help shape the story you tell yourself about whatever is happening. Play with it, let in inspire. Lisa pulls from many different Tarot Decks for her interpretation but the images and some excerpts in this post are from the beloved Wildwood Tarot Deck.
Day Two:
Queen of Arrows
Meaning
With the Queen of Arrows, it is important to face unpleasant truths and recognize where your fierce defense of your point of view has kept you alone and sometimes uncomfortably so! Today is about acknowledging the truth and the suffering in that truth of where you’ve struggled by yourself. This card says use your wisdom and insight to help connect you with more than the ‘right’ way to do something. Let it help you see where your cool and rational take on things may have been winning the battle but losing the war. The defensiveness you have felt was in proportion to the sensitivity your heart feared wounding. Avoiding pain was the old way. Choosing what is worth risking disappointment for is the new. Some risk will bring great rewards today!
Take Action:
Take any criticism directed towards you or you feel for another and pause. Give yourself time to acknowledge and allow that the smartest thing may not be the right answer. The kindest one absolutely deserves your consideration – kind to you and another!
Have a great week!

I am late again reading these after the date, but still find it very helpful. Queen of Arrows is a serious reminder to me right now because I am starting to work with a new person who is vey different from me. I need to notice how I communicate to create the best effect. This is a risk I want to pan out, so I will be careful.
