Dish on with Sweet Potato Fries with #BushaBrowne Jerk Seasoning!
I got this recipe from the Busha Browne people. They must have heard me talking about sweet potato fries that 1) are soggy and 2) lack flavor. This recipe fills the bill for me and gives me a flavor profile that works perfectly with sweet potatoes (or yams) and the oven baking involving some oil, gets them crispy on the outside and almost creamy on the inside! Trick #1: use Busha Browne products and #2)
make sure the oven is HOT and preheated to at least 375 degrees. (Ovens vary in temperature occasionally and may not be consistently hot in all areas of each oven.

SWEET POTATO OVEN FRIES WITH BUSHA BROWNE JERK SEASONING RUB RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
4 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
2 Tbsp canola or other vegetable oil
2 tsp Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub
PREPARATION:
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees!
Combine oil and the Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub in a large mixing bowl.
Add potatoes, skins on, cut into lengthwise wedges.
Roast in a 375°F oven until potatoes are tender for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
