MICHELADA WITH BUSHA BROWNE PUKKA HOT PEPPER SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon kosher salt to rim the glass
1 oz. tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon ancho chili powder to rim the glass
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pale ale beer chilled
Busha Browne Pukka Hot Pepper Sauce
PREPARATION:
Rub the rim of a pint glass with the lime juice and dip in kosher salt and ancho chili powder.
Add all ingredients in the glass.
Top off with cold pale ale beer and add some ice cubes and stir to combine.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Enjoy!!
BUSHA BROWNE JERK CHICKEN SALAD
INGREDIENTS:
4 lbs boneless chicken breast
4 oz of Busha Browne’s Authentic Jerk Seasoning
6 oz olive oil
4 lbs onions, julienned
4 oz parsley, chopped
PREPARATION:
Mix together Busha Browne’s Authentic Jerk Seasoning and 2 oz olive oil.
Mix with trimmed chicken breast. Let marinate at least one hour, preferably longer.
Lay flat in pan, cover with foil, bake 10 minutes at 325 or until done.
Cool then cut into strips. Saute onions and peppers in olive oil in several batches.
Mix with chicken and parsley. Serve the salad immediately.
Enjoy.
