I love Amy Schumer! She never takes herself (or anyone else) too seriously. Her attitude is to make it work for her. Celebrity makeup artist, Andrea Tiller for Chanel did exactly that for Amy as she was getting ready to walk the 2016 Emmy Red Carpet! And, we have that beauty breakdown for you!

INSPIRATION
I was going for a pretty, fresh, glowy vibe, using rosy tones with some hints of grey on Amy’s eyes. I wanted her to look elegant and radiant, with flirty lashes.

SKINCARE
I started skin prep with a quick Sisley hydration mask. Then, I used the CHANEL Hydra Beauty line on Amy because it gives a boost of hydration and radiance.
–I applied CHANEL Hydra Beauty Sérum, followed by CHANEL Hydra Beauty Micro Gel Yeux Intense Smoothing Eye Gel around the eyes and CHANEL Hydra Beauty Crème Riche to moisturize. Last but not least, I applied CHANEL Hydra Beauty Flash Instantly Hydrating Perfecting Balm as my makeup base and primer.
FACE
I warmed up the complexion with CHANEL Le Teint Ultra Tenue Ultrawear Flawless Foundation in a mix of 42 Beige Rosé and 50 Beige. I love this foundation because it has good coverage and staying power. I bronzed and slightly sculpted the cheeks, then added <strong>CHANEL Powder Blush in Rose Ecrin for that perfect kissed-by-a-rose flush.
EYES
For the eye look, I used CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Tissé Paris.
I brushed the palette’s lightest shade across the whole eyelid, then applied the pink shadow on the socket line, extending it out in an almond shape. I added a smoky effect with a small amount of the grey shadow. To finish, I followed the same steps along the lower lashes, followed by liner and waterproof mascara.
LIPS
I wanted to keep her lips very pretty and soft.
I used CHANEL Rouge Allure Ink Matte Liquid Lip Colour in Amoureux (available end of September), then added CHANEL Glossimer in Rose Tendre for the perfect shine.
