I love it when I get a beauty breakdown on an actress who is walking the red carpet. Ruth Negga, one of the leads and stars of LOVING attended the 2016 Governor’s Awards! Her makeup was from Chanel and was done by celebrity makeup artist, Melanie Inglessis! Ruth Negga look so gorgeous and the makeup makes her eyes pop and creates gorgeous highlights on her face. I love what Melanie did!
