Summer is here and we need to enjoy it as much as possible. Today’s cocktail is a tasty martini using Mezcal instead of gin or vodka!
MEZCAL ALACRAN MARTINI
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Mezcal Alacran
1 oz Extra dry Vermouth
1/2 oz Olive Juice
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir, and strain into a Martini glass.
Garnish with Kalamata olives.
