–Drink Water!

–Don’t Deny Yourself:

REVIEW:
I was sent a few packets of the Sweet Defeat to try. I  was thrilled to try these since I have been on a bit of a sweets binge of late (for the last 7 weeks)  and have been looking for something to help me cut the cravings. For some reason, I got hooked on some sweet stuff and I have not been able to stop.
Here’s my understanding of what Sweet Defeat does: it suppresses what you taste when you are eating sugary foods.  I read everything I am sharing with you in this piece, and to be honest, I was skeptical.  But, I was also willing to try anything to stop the sugar cravings cold.   So when I had eaten something sweet ( a Girl Scout cookie and a piece of candy), I took one of these little lozenges.  Guess what!??!!   It worked!  I wound up with having no sweet taste in my mouth. The cookie and candy taste went totally flat. It was like eating something that had no taste to it.  It was like the chocolate had no flavor. It was like unsweetened cocoa powder. It didn’t taste good. It didn’t give me that  yummy chocolate flavor. And it lasted long enough to make me stop eating cookies and candy.

These little lozenges are in bright blue packages that each hold one lozenge.  You can take more than one– and if you do, the sweetness of anything you eat (fruit, candy, soda) will go flat.   Unless you are surrounded by sweets, you don’t really need to take more than one but there are times when I would think a second one would be useful about  15-20 minutes after you have used the first lozenge.
If you are seeking to reduce your sugar consumption, this is a smart way to go about it.
