At Officine BRERA
This West meets East cocktail features a playful, tropical mix of Asian fruits and flavors such as yuzu, passionfruit, and ginger, while incorporating Rye and Montenegro, an amaro distilled in Bologna that offers soft notes of vanilla and orange peels to round out the flavors.
An interesting play of Mexican spirits and bitters, including Vallet Angostura, which is a Mexican amaro made from Angostura bark, Gustoso Charanda made from sugar cane juice from Michoacán, tequila, pineapple, lemon, orange, and kick of spice from cardamom; the flavor profile is subtly sweet, with citrus and bitter notes, and a hint of spice.
At The Factory Kitchen

Gin on Thyme features a house-infused lemon oil gin, limoncello, Amaro Meletti and lemon juice served with a thyme-sugar rim reminiscent of garden aromatics.
Melon on my Mind features watermelon liqueur, balanced by citrus vodka, hibiscus, and tied together with Amaro Montenegro.
Whether enjoyed at Officine BRERA’s sleek industrial-chic bar or in The Factory Kitchen’s comfortable atmosphere, these cocktails will surely quench your thirst this summer.
