Looking for an interesting and delicious cocktail that doubles as a conversation piece? This Spirulina Sour is for you. Concocted with organic quinoa Vodka, spirulina fruit Mix, fresh lemon juice, organic sugar and chickpea water this bevvy is ideal for your calorie watching friends.
Whip up this Green Machine Margarita for your next gathering for a kick and some spice. Opt for this wonderfully tasty cocktail created with Jalapeno Infused Espolon Tequila, kale juice, fresh Lime Juice and organic Blue Agave. You won’t want any other margarita after!

Cucumber Dill Dollins
Offered at QT Hotels and Resorts
Ingredients
1.54 oz of Dill-infused Tanqueray Gin
.5 oz of Fresh Lime
.5 oz of Organic Sugar
2 oz of Organic Cucumber Juice
Directions
Shake gin, lime, sugar, cucumber juice together till well-mixed. *(usually 30 seconds)
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for about 30 seconds
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with a splash of sparkling water,
Garnish with a Dill sprig and Cucumber Roll
Spirulina Sour
Offered at QT Hotels and Resorts
Ingredients
1.5 oz of Organic Quinoa Vodka
2 oz of Charlie’s Spirulina Fruit Mix
0.5 oz of Fresh Lemon
0.5 oz of Organic Sugar
1 oz of Chickpea water
Directions
Dry Shake all ingredients together,
Then add ice and shake again for about 45 seconds to get it really cold!
Strain into a “coupe” glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel in the middle.
Green Machine Margarita

Ingredients
1.5 oz Jalapeno Infused Espolon Tequila
1 oz of Kale Juice
1 oz of Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Organic Blue Agave
Directions:
Before you make the cocktail, do this prep work:
Dehydrate some lemon and kale individually, then muddle down until it becomes a powder.
Mix kale and citrus powder. Then mix it with salt for a green blend of salt and lemony green powder. Set aside.
Dehydrate some jalapeno slices and set aside.
Get a rocks glass and dip the rim into kale/lemon/salt blend and set aside.
Fill up a shaker with the ingredients and shake for at least 30 seconds to make sure it’s blended well.
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake a second time for about 40 seconds or until shaker is really cold and starting to “sweat”
Then strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Top with crushed ice and 2 dehydrated jalapeno slices on top.
Invite friends over for a casual get-together this weekend OR save at least one of these recipes and serve it at a Super Bowl Party!!
