I have always sought out faster, easier and safer ways to help my clients reach their fitness goals. When developing Nucleus, the goal was to create a product that provided a dynamic “full body” workout for users of any level, which could be done anywhere and required the least amount of their time. Something for fitness beginners to pro athletes.
The inspiration for Nucleus came from the specialized high intensity interval workouts that I created for my clients. I knew that adding targeted, dynamic resistance could take these workouts to a whole new level, making them much more effective and taking far less training time.
I reasoned that utilizing the kinetic movement of liquid, along with a carefully designed set of exercises, would create unparalleled dynamic muscle stimulation and provide a host of additional training benefits to users of all levels not found in other fitness devices.
About the NUCLEUS Workout:
NUCLEUS incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), in which a series of exercises are combined for 15 seconds (with 15 second rests) at the beginner level, or 20 seconds (with 15 second rests) at the advanced level during a maximum time of 12 or 13 minutes depending on the physical condition of each user.
The size and shape of the NUCLEUS ensures comfort and ease of use. The rubber grip has an anti-slip texture, allowing full control and fitting any size hand. If you are looking for a great Father’s Day gift or gift for a birthday (or even a gift for yourself), the Nucleus device will be challenging, but it also will be fun as well as good for your body.
If you want to get a better-looking body as well as a better cardiac profile, this tool is a MUST! I can bet that the device will feel like a ton of weight at the end of a 12 minute (or even a 20-minute) workout, but it’s the challenge of mastering the actual moves as well as challenging your body.
I think this workout tool and program sounds amazing. I am thinking that this would be a great addition to my workout regimen and on the days I would use it, it would dramatically cut down my workout time because it makes the body work harder on so many different levels and in a variety of motions.
