It’s a holiday- and it’s the end of “summer” except we all know (at least here in California) we could have summer for another 2 months.
But for those of you who are already looking at weather changes, I want to give you some fun things to indulge in for cocktails. Cliff’s Edge might be new to you– or maybe not. Either way, it doesn’t matter because you can bring some of the “juice” from Cliff’s Edge to your home courtesy of these lovely cocktails. I won’t say you will get it exactly the same as Cliff’s Edge Mixologist Richard Swan will – but it’s worth either the drive or the trial run to get these things right! Given that there are hand-crafted ingredients and no proportions given, you might want to make the drive to Silverlake for this one at some point this week. Make sure you eat too. GREAT food!
