Everyone seems to start the New Year out with positivity. There are goals to meet and resolutions to keep, we’ve promised to keep in touch with friends and family after the holidays and we have so much to do to get back to our normal routines. This tends to last for at least a week or two, then suddenly we find that we’re to busy, too stressed and too involved with work and home that we don’t keep that positive momentum going.

The New Year is upon us, do you have a list of New Year’s Resolutions? Most people make several resolutions with the plan of maintaining them throughout the year. How many resolutions are actually kept? That’s a question we’ll never have the answer to. I remember a few years ago when I was so immersed and dedicated to my freelance writing career I had to make a resolution to get dressed each day. It may sound like a simple thing, but I could literally live in my bathrobe for 3 days at a time.

It introduces and puts you in a musical and geographic location which is Appalachia with a serious “street” edge. It’s very much like the lead character and some of the other characters within the show and it’s the introduction that pushes you down the rabbit hole that is “Justified” and the percussion that kicks it off is the heart beat that threads through the show.
