This DVD includes bloopers sequence, the jumping off the cliff sequence (NOT found in the books but created because of fanbase suggestions) and deleted scenes.

This sequel is a bit hard to follow since it’s actually based on book 4 of the literary series and thus jumps ahead to the end of college or near that time. The missing elements are sketchy in explanation. However it does start out with their high school graduation and follows them through college.

Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants trailer
This is a fun movie for the tween, teen and family environment. It would be a great gift when presented as a package with both Traveling Pants 1 and 2. The strength of the first movie overwhelms the sequel. While America Ferrera’s character is the narrator, I would have loved to have seen each girl take a shot at some narration to give it a bit more zip and oomph. Ferrera seems only to come alive when she is playing opposite her male counterpart. The introduction about her mother remarrying is extremely short and limited. The other girls are but a small shell of what they were in the first movie– particularly Amber Tamblyn’s character. She’s a capable actress, give her the material to work with.

Since all these young actresses are playing people roughly their own age or within recent memory of that age group, there should have been more angsty moments, more emails, phone calls and such between the characters. While the point might be that they were all testing independence, in some sequences each seemed to be playing the role a bit too young.
Overall, it is a fun movie and it’s a nice wrap-up/sequel to Traveling Pants 1 but I doubt based on the career trajectory of the four actors that they will partner up for this again. There isn’t another book after this resolution so that pretty much dooms any further projects.
