At a private 1800 Tequila event this past weekend, celebs came out to taste test 1800 Select Silver, the first and only 100 Proof Silver Tequila on the market.

1800 Pomegranate
A light 1800 Select Silver cocktail with hints of pomegranate and fresh juices.

2 oz. 1800 Tequila
1 Pama Pomegranate Liquor
.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

1800 Caipirinha
A classic muddled cocktail for anyone who loves the natural sweetness of roasted agave

1 oz. 1800 Select Silver
.25 oz. Veev Acai Liquer
.25 oz. Agave Nectar
5 Lime Wedges
Muddle the lime with the agave nectar in the bottom of a high ball glass. Top with ice, juice and tequila. Shake vigorously and pour all contents into the glass.
1800 Pear Margarita
A light margarita accenting the pear notes of 1800 Select Silver Tequila with a colorful drizzle of liquor.

1 oz. 1800 Select Silver Tequila
.25 oz. Pear Puree
.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz. Agave Nectar
Splash or Chambord of Blue Curacao
Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a lightly salted glass. Float with Chambord or Blue Curacao for a drizzle effect.
