Health Bytes: Bryan Donovan Talks About Thintervention!

This might be the best time I could have posted this particular podcast. Thintervention on the Bravo Channel ran for many weeks, following the lives of their reality show cast who were real life people with weight issues. Unlike other shows that featured people sharing a house, this one allowed people to have their own lives and with the help of fitness trainer Jackie Warner along with weekly group therapy sessions, took control of their lives and food and made radical changes in both.

I was able to talk to Bryan T. Donovan, comedian, actor and producer who was IN this show and had the most weight to lose. This man put himself on the proverbial line and stepped out to take control of his life. If you want to hear something powerful, this is one podcast you should listen to because it is powerful. Donovan reveals aspects of himself that I had not known (I don’t watch reality tv ever!) so I had no clue what this show was about. You can learn more about what went on in the series
