Do yourself a favor– head to facebook.com/yoplait and check out the two week tune-up guide and get 30-40 minutes of walking in per day (How about running through the house or running up and down stairs?) Break it up into 4 segments of 10 minutes if that’s all you can handle but it’s worth the time. This exercise partnered with these yummy flavored yogurts — yes they are really yummy. I bought 2 of every flavor. I like the pineapple upside down cake, red velvet cake and key lime pie– and I haven’t hit all the flavors yet either!!
