Master Stylist Barry Reitman Give Tips on Haute Hair -So Cal Style!
Courtesy of Barry Reitman, Master Stylist, Juan Juan Hair salon in Beverly Hills. This salon and it’s great team of stylists have been featured in many TV shows. Equally talented at working with celebs and everyday people, you will have a great hair day when you walk out of an appt with Barry at Juan Juan!
Barry’s given me the bead on an evolving trend that will see the deflation of the “ombre” hair trend and the evolution of a new trend! Below is his description of the trend and how you can achieve it.
SPRING/SUMMER TREND IS URBAN NATIVE: and say Adios Ombre!
From a styling perspective the Urban Native hair color trend offers a “deconstructed, very natural feeling to the hair with texture just where it should be.
Hair isn’t flat ironed straight or over-styled – but is natural and a little bit edgy. The style is much looser and cooler, which reflects the personality of the girl who wears it.
From a color point of view, this summer trend transitions the hair color palette away from bright and intense hues shifting into soft corals and bleached pastels – a look that is very soft with almost a sun-kissed quality.
A natural balance of mixed tones highlights the hair to bring out the beachy, sexy girl from within.
