I have everything I need on hand for the bourbon cocktail..love apple and bourbon together. I never thought about masa stuffing, but then we are all about the tamales at Christmas…so it is similar…must incorporate into something!! It is close to cornbread stuffing, but cornier…
Pam why not reduce the amount of bread (or rice) in your stuffing and use the masa and add in some wine or spirits into it. I think the masa idea sounds amazing. Perfectly easy to cook on the side
